随着高等教育进入大众化阶段,提升人才培养质量成为现阶段我国高等学校值得关注的理论和现实问题。大学生就业能力开发是提升人才培养质量的重要途径之一。本文以英国学者提出的Career EDGE模型为研究对象,分析了模型的提出背景、内容结构以及现实价值,并指出了模型在课程植入、资源整合、效能激发、发展档案管理的应用等方面给我国高校就业力开发带来的启示。
As Chinese high education entered the stage of popularization, how to improve the quality of talents training in colleges and universities become worthy of attention at present. To develop under-graduates employability is an important way of improving the quality of talents training. This paper focus on the Career EDGE model, introduces model’s background, structure and practical value, and analyzes the application in curriculum implanting, resource integrating, self-efficacy stimulating and career development planning in UK university. From these experiences, it is proposed the relative enlightenment to graduates’ employability development in Chinese university.
