对文化差异的认识以及所采取的应对措施直接影响到国际企业跨文化管理的最终效果。文化维度理论与文化智力理论的研究原点不同、研究的着眼点不同,但在“文化敏感性”方面,两者相通;在妥善处理文化差异所造成的冲突方面,两者互补;在对文化的认识方面,两者“动”、“静”结合。各俱特色且优势互补的文化价值理论与文化智力理论能帮助不同的文化、企业和个人之间进行正常“对话”。两种理论的结合运用,有助于国际企业实现成功的跨文化管理。
The final effect of cross-cultural management of enterprise will be directly affected by the awareness of cultural differences and the corresponding measures. The origin of cultural dimensions theory and cultural intelligence theory is different; the focus of research is different either. But in the aspect of "cultural sensitivity", both theories are interlinked; in proper handling the cultural conflict, the roles of the two theories are complementary; and in the understanding of culture itself, the "dynamic" and "static" views are provided. With their own characteristics, cultural dimensions theory and cultural intelligence theory complemented each other. And they contribute to the normal "dialogue" between different cultures, different enterprises and different people. The combination of two theories helps enterprises to achieve a successful cross-cultural management.
