Using a sample of 357 manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang Province, this paper empirically investigated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, micro finance, and enterprise technological innovation performance. The results of the questionnaire data analysis showed that entrepreneurial orientation positively influenced innovation performance, as well as its three dimensions which reflected innovativeness, pro-activeness, and risk-taking irrespectively. The accessibility and support strength of micro-finance positively moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance of enterprise technological innovation.
