文化旅游是一种以旅游消费为目的的文化展示与再创造,是迅速发展的全球旅游市场中一个非常繁荣的领域。上海是中国最大的经济中心城市,也是最能体现近代以来中国发展历程的国家历史文化名城。上海文化有个性、有特色,大力发展文化旅游是上海建设世界著名旅游城市必然的战略选择。但跟国内外著名旅游城市相比,上海文化旅游发展目前仍存在发展思路不明确、产业地位不高、资源整合不够、形象模糊不清等不足。需要遵循创新驱动发展战略、价值提升战略、文化资本战略、融合发展战略和区域合作战略,加快转型提升发展步伐。
Cultural tourism, which is regarded as a very prosperous field in the global tourism market, is the display and re-creation of culture for the purpose of tourism consumption. Shanghai is renowned as the largest economic center as well as the state-level city of historic culture which witnesses the great changes and development of China since modern times. Developing cultural tourism is the inevitable strategic choice for shanghai to build a world famous tourist city. There are problems existing in the development of cultural tourism such as the lack of clear thinking, inadequate use of resources, the lack of personalized image and so on. Following developmental strategies will help to realize the progress and prosperity of the cultural tourism: the first one is the innovation-driven development strategy, the secondone is the strategy to enhance the value, the third one is the cultural capital strategy, the fourth one is the integration development strategy, the fifth one is the strategy of regional cooperation.
