创意企业作为市场经济的新主体,在市场中占据了越来越重要的地位,尤其是在如今信息化和网络化高度发达的环境中,创意企业的经济地位和社会影响越来越重要。本文在对创意企业概念特征以及管理问题分析的基础上,结合零度管理思想,即零物质、零时间、零差距、零滞后、零管理、零障碍、零排斥、零技术,对创意企业的运作特点进行了分析,并构建了创意企业平台式运作模式,此模式基于互联网思维实现了从顾客需求到创意设计和生产运营的零时间、零滞后响应。在此基础上文章对创意企业的组织结构进行了重新设计,较好地解决了艺术家创意和管理工作关系的冲突,最后对创意企业零度空间组织的关键问题提出了建议。
As the new principal part of market economy, creative industry occupies a more and more important status in market, especially under current highly developed information and networking situation, the economic status and social impact of creative industry are becoming more and more important. Based on the analysis of creative industry’s concept characters and management issues, this paper combines the Zero Management theory, which includes Zero Matter, Zero Time, Zero Value Gap, Zero Learning Lag, Zero Management, Zero Resistance, Zero Exclusion, and Zero Tech, to analyze the operation character of creative industry, and builds platform-like operation pattern of creative industry, which achieves Zero Time and Zero Learning Lag response that is from customer demands to creative design and production based on internet thinking. On that basis, this paper redesigns the organizational structure of creative industry, successfully solves the conflicts between artists’ creativities and management, and finally raises suggestions for critical problems of zero space organizations of creative industry.
