AEO system is a management system introduced by the world customs organization to maintain trade security and facilitate international trade. In recent years, our country has carried out the research and practice of AEO system, and gradually establishes and improves the AEO system of our country. But in practice, there are still many problems to be solved, such as lack of efficiency of port cooperative management, AEO system certification technical difficulty, high cost of AEO certification system, low corporate awareness, international mutual recognition difficulty. Therefore, the customs of our country should further strengthen the AEO concept, deepen win-win cooperation between customs and business partnership; lay a solid foundation, and constantly strengthen the customs infrastructure construction; strengthen cooperation, enhance contact between the customs and relevant departments, industry associations; actively participate in international customs cooperation and promote the international customs AEO mutual recognition.
