Currently regional FTA dominated by developed countries is generally contains new rules of intellectual property border measures beyond TRIPS. These rules expands the object, scope of border measures, reduces the starting threshold of measures. It challenges the basic principles of WTO, increases the uncertainty of the trade. Therefore, our government should actively promote the WTO negotiation of intellectual property border measures within the framework of the TRIPS agreement. All kinds of foreign trade enterprises in China should do well intellectual property investigation work in advance to avoid be the object of law enforcement of border measures; apply for patents, register trademark in more countries; put of records in customs of more countries to prevent infringement of others.
