There are no detailed guidelines of abuse of dominant position by legislation perse or anti-monopoly enforcement regulations to analyze the reasonableness test of discrimination treatment, although discrimination treatment is one of the most significant parts of Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China. On the basis of the fundamentals of competition regulation, reasonableness test of discrimination treatment will be logically considered by the four-tiered view of end user, indirection, objectiveness and protectiveness.
