Based on the summaries of relevant researches on overseas interests of China, this thesis puts forward that we should lay more emphasis on the transnational policy-making alliance, a new perspective, to protect our overseas interests, as an important supplement to military forces which applied traditionally. By sorting out the challenges of protecting overseas interests in the social aspect, this thesis points out that the transnational policy-making alliance can and should be a new perspective to protect our overseas interests. On this basis, this paper expounds the construction and mechanism of transnational policy-making alliance in detail.
