At a time when the world is in a big change in a hundred years", the multilateral trading system'sreform program has increasingly attracted widespread attention. China is undoubtedly the main role of thenew round of international economic and trade rules and order restructuring. This article firstly introducesthe position and the joint proposal of the US, Japan and Europe on the WTO reform and then analyzes it'sbackground. It secondly expounds the differences between China and the three powers, and then reveals thestrategic mechanism behind the differences between the positions of China and the West. It finally proposes thespecific suggestions and approach of the WTO reform of China.
