Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China has replaced the original "three foreigninvestment corporate laws" as the basic law of foreign investment management. This article will proceed fromfive important issues, including national treatment principles, foreign investment promotion and protection,competitive neutrality, national security review and supporting measures, and explore the impact of theimplementation of the Foreign Investment Law on China's economic development.
