Legal system construction of academic norms, from the legal logic, it has the functions of eliminating the unjust enrichment caused by various academic misconduct, preventing the damage to society caused by academic misconduct, and building a good scholastic order. However, the existing academic normative system has obvious shortcomings which include the lack of a good external institutional environment, the serious lack of academic self-discipline of academic institutions, and the lack of institutional system of academic norms in preventing academic misconduct, so it has become an important reason for the repeated prohibition of academic misconduct. Through the analysis of the reasons for the defects in the legal system of these hypothetical norms, and drawing on the experience of similar legal systems abroad. Through the analysis of the reasons for the defects in the legal system of academic norms and drawing lessons from the experience of similar legal systems abroad, it can be found that constructing good legal system of academic norms should include the establishment of a fair system for evaluating and examining academic achievements, the establishment of strict academic norms for academic institutions, a strict system of academic norms and self-discipline in academic institutions, a precise system of legal liability for academic norms and so on. Only in this way can we effectively curb the destructive effect of academic misconduct on technological progress and social development, and promote the formation of a good academic atmosphere.
