Cyberspace has become an all-round mapping of human physical space in virtual space. With the development of digital transformation, the integration of network and physical space is closer, and the generation of global cyberspace order is accelerating. Therefore, the analysis of the process of the construction of global cyberspace order is inseparable from the attention to the process of digital transformation of the global society. First, digital transformation is multi-dimensional, including security, development, culture and other factors, so the focus of the international community will change with the development of the situation; Secondly, digital transformation is multi-process, with multiple actors and governance concepts coexisting, including bottom-up order spontaneously generated by the society and top-down design led by the government. Thirdly, digital transformation is distributed and multi-scene, the generation of network order in different scenes presents different trends and characteristics. Given all these above, the thesis first discusses the changes in the governance agenda, ideas and platforms that the global order in cyberspace is undergoing. Secondly, it presents the characteristics of the current global order in cyberspace from different scenarios. Finally, it explores the influence and countermeasures of the global order in cyberspace from the perspective of China.
