Turkey- Pharmaceutical Products (DS583) is the first appeal case since the Appellate Body was unable to accept cases in 2019. The arbitration is based on the arbitration agreement between EU and Turkey with some innovative procedural arrangements. The fi ndings of the case will have signifi cant impact on Turkey’s policy and its legal interpretation will contribute to future cases in certain aspects.
