The mode of “exhibitor to investor” of the Expo includes market-oriented, efficiency-oriented and resource-oriented modes, which reflects the characteristics of attracting investment of China’s super-large market advantages and interprets the new theory of attracting investment of Chinese modernization. Under the new theory of attracting foreign investment in China’s modernization, by establishing the policy of attracting foreign investment in the Expo and forming the demonstration of the investment promotion effect of international public platform, centering on the market-oriented trend of investment and improving China’s foreign investment management system, local governments are encouraged to explore and promote the policy and mechanism of “being in China and for the world” of regional headquarters of transnational corporations, and promote the innovation of the mechanism of attracting foreign investment in China’s modernization.
